Last weekend we held our first regional event at the mansion in Prevelly, Margaret River. The weather was picture perfect and our guests enjoyed a lot of time in and around the magnificent infinity pool.
We setup 2 large marquees on the front lawns – one a social tent and one a group playroom. We also had two bell clamping tents setup for private playrooms. These stayed lovely and warm and they saw a lot of action on Friday evening at the Sunset swingers party. We also had a dance floor on the lawn with some seating areas.
Approximately 40 guests joined us for the weekend and got acquainted at the Friday VIP cocktail party on the pool patio. Chambord champagne cocktails and Mimosas were a hit and lubricated a super evening of fun and play which continued well into the early hours of Saturday. All enjoyed a sensational sunset over the Southern Ocean to kick off the party.

Three lucky couples stayed in the first floor bedrooms at the mansion for the weekend and about 10 of our guests chose to camp on the grounds of the 5 1/2 acre property bringing camper trailers and tents. We supplied portable toilets and showers to make their stay comfortable.
Saturday morning everyone set off at their own pace. Many guests chose to have breakfast at cafe’s in Margaret River or at the beautiful White Elephant Cafe at Garanup beach. Some guests spent Saturday touring local wineries and of course a trip to the Margaret River Chocolate Factory was an essential stop.

Saturday afternoon was spent with a few more cocktails by the pool and our foam party. Guests were the first to experience our new foam cannon and had great fun frolicking in the bubbles. Such a unique experience! We will have more of these parties at Belmont.
As the breeze picked up the foam was blown in clumps across the estate providing quite a spectacle.

The Saturday night party was a little quieter than Friday as guests had a big day in the sun. Still some play and fun was had and the young ones stayed up late into morning hours on the pool patio again.
Thanks to everyone who joined us and made it a great weekend! We appreciate your support and learned a lot from this first exploration into travel events.
We have several more events planned with our Frolic in the Forest in Bussellton in June 2019 and Broome event in the works for Easter 2020. Hope you can all join us for some more travel fun.
